Deliver a coat

It happened when Lincoln was a lawyer in Springfield.

One day Lincoln walked towards the town. A car was passing by. Lincoln called the driver.

"Would you do me a favor to deliver this coat to town?"

"Certainly, sir. But how can I return the coat back to you?"
