I had a classmate in middle school. It was the first year we started the english class. He always put Chinese Corresponding under English. Like
gou te (exactually Pinyin) for Goat.

Naughty us then put the CHinese characters under his Pinyin. When he read those English, it was REALLY REALLY funny.
