Ngo Om, also known as Rice Paddy Herb, Roum Om, Phak Kayang, or Finger Grass, is an essential herb for Vietnamese cuisines. This herb gives a wonderful earthy-citrus aroma to Vietnamese soups and adds depth when added at the end as garnish.
