- add objective to specify what kind of/level job u r looking for
- itemized summary for easier viewing
- also emphasize which level design: rtl, circuit (analog,memmory,digital), integration, ....
- SKILLS: key words (which tool/flow... tool is nothing though). any scripting language (perl or python. basic skill for designers)
