Layoff-Interview Question -- Please help

I got laid off two months ago. According to company's policy, my company would still pay me until end of Feb while I do not need to work. Accordingly, in this sense, I am still employed by the end of Feb. Now, I have an interview and in this case I am just asking if the employer asks me why I would like to change my job, how should I reply? Do I need to let them know that I have been laid off already? Can you give me some suggestions? I am kind of nervous because I do not want the potential employer to believe that I am not honest while I would like take advanage of the fact of still being currently employed. Thanks a lot!!!
