多谢回复阿， 仔细看了看各种model 的定义， 发现大部分都用过。 目前的工作介于管理和分析之间， 强调understand business process. 在Business process的基础上customize reporting template  或是model. 最后的结果重在customize。 所以最后的成果基本上只有30%-50% 是统计学意义上的model.

然后就是cost-benefit analysis 和 projects.

这样的工作内容转FA-FP&A 好转吗？
