I always ask what's your strength and weakness?

There is no right answer.  I just want to see if you examine yourself or not.  Everyone will tell me their strength but 80+% people avoid answer weakness.  That's good enough to me: you don't know your weakness.  In 20-% of people who answered my question, I don't even remember what they said any more but all of them got hired.
