#1, even is true you cannot say it...:)

#2 is never a weakness, having children is never a "weakness";

#3 you can ask whoever speaks more fluent English and reword it so that it sounds good to your future boss not truly a weakness...:)

If you have time, listen to those politians bs from any major TV channel your English communication skills will definitely improve.
