A well conducted job interview is two way communication. You are not talking to the interviewer, but talking with him/her. Design your questions is critical to a mutual satisfactory, constructive conversation.

我的建议是，不要等到面试人在最后阶段问道你"do you have any questions for me?"，你才提问，在面试过程中，就要提出合适的问题－　make it two way communication. Do your home work, use the bios you collected as your secret weapon:

- Use the internet, collect his technical/project background, so you would be able to translate your background/skills to the language/jargons he's familiar with, hence you could impress him and portrait yourself as the most favorable candidate, etc etc.
