越想越费解. 这哪是面试? 分明是蔑视!

I took my interview business seriously.  shouldn't interviewer behave more like  professional?  can I answer my cell phone during interview?  I just can't imagine this is a large company w/ more than 10K employees.

I felt I was abused and discriminate.  尊重是互相的. and this is not acceptable!

各位有类似不幸吗?
