上次面试时候被问你觉得中美文化差异是什么?

首先,这种问题是看你personality和其他个人素质的。
如同回答其他问题一样,你应该保持diplomatic and positive:),同时还可以casual一点。

反正我也是在等人,闲着没事。试着handle 这样的问题。

It is a good question,a big question。
My answer can be very subjective to my experiences in China and US。

I did have some interesting observations。

It seems to me that Chinese culture is more group oriented。 American culture is more individual oriented。
For example, the concep of class in Chinese and American colleges has different implications.

Class is simply referred to a subject in U.S. college, students take different classes and earn credits to graduate. In China, class is often referred to a group of people. Students are designated to a class once they enter a college, they may take very similar classes and participate all sort of activities/social events with this group.

Wok in Chinese companies or organizations, people are encouraged for group and upward alignments, seeking solutions collectively. Organzitional capibility is highly valued.

In American culture, individuals’ rights are emphasized or personal potentials can be maximized。

I hope that powered with my diverse cultural backgrounds, I will understand and appreciate diversities in terms of cultures, technical skills and so on in the working environment, and develop myself to my fullest potential while having alignment with our company and team's goals.
