这个公司其实并不是我的ideal company, however something is better than nothing.I will do nonthing at this point unthil they tell me the result.

你说得有道理，如果一个公司急需要人，一般很快就安排onsite,做决定。我今天早上结束的phone interview，对方明确表示希望2月底开始，所以应该很快有onsite.I'll move on and wait for a better opportunity.
