5 unit 2 bedroom student housing，买入 40万，明年房产税会大降。

这回报可以吗，commerial loan：  3/1 ARM. 5.1% fixed rate for 36 months adjusting every 12 months after that to the 1 year T bill +3.5%. Floor of 5.1% 。mortgage monthly payment is about $2000.

25% down. 准备自己管理。
