Ding! The study of philosophy of law has been lacking in China. It was intensively studied among scholars from different states in Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period. After Qin was established, the area of law was mostly focused on details, without further investigation on the philosophy of law. Thus, it is not surprising that our law system has been lagging behind.
