One time I found a property has very little tax lien but in very good neighborhood. I went there to check it out only found there was no such property. I keep check the door number again and again. It caught the neighbor's attention. He went out and ask I was doing. I told him I'was looking for that property. He said there is no such property,  It was a ditch.
