The tenants can be vendalism

What you say even not the insurance company's position.   It did not say tenants can't be vendalism.   What it says need proof that tenants motivation is malicious and intents to damage property and has forceful action like make a hole on the wall.

 

My position is the spray painting and cause damage itself is vendalism like a quote on internet.    The argument is on the tenants motivation for the painting.   However to inteprete it.
