加拿大法律说人行道上滑倒不算业主责任？

那么在家里楼梯上滑倒呢？在家里被电到呢？

 the Court concluded that, "generally, residential property owners do not owe a duty of care to pedestrians passing by on sidewalks adjacent to their properties that are owned by municipalities." 

我不知道加拿大是不是所有的人行道都是政府拥有的。估计只有在城市里面吧。
