It demonstrated one thing for sure.
There are more people than farmland in Great Britain. Counting on North African and middle eastern immigrants (many are rich), the land price in Britain is deemed to rise. But that may not be the place to go.
Same can not be said to US yet, it may take a long while for people swam into Kansas, S/North Dakota, Illinois, Indiana and Canada. The opportunities are abundant while small investors are still chasing urban rental properties.
We will wait and see.
