Try loan modification

you need to start apply for the make home affordable program with your bank. otherwise your house will default and a sales date be assigned.  Now the banks are doing this faster.  if you still want to keep your house, talk to your bank first and start to apply the modification.  once you are in the review process, the bank can't sale your house.  To apply to the program is free and no one should ask you to pay anything.
