For those of you interested in this type of product and don't have hugh position on Real Estate in your portfolio, Regency Centers Corp (the big landlord, check trading symbol REG for company profile) is issuing note with yield over 6.5% (to be priced tomorrow). The first coupon date is 4/2/2012. 

rx300, you may be able to get the primary; if not, get them from secondary market if you are interested.
