deductible to out of pocket maximum :  insurance co-pay, usually just $30-50, but hospitalization could be several hundred $$ copay per day.   and exotic drug could be $1000 co-pay per month etc. 

out of pocket maximum: usually $10K or more, if you spent deductible and copay up to this amount, you don't pay anything above this amount.
