我姐10年签证年底到期，5月帮她填了DS-160表，

但是注册账号交费时显示名字与护照上不符，反复试过，

都是同样的问题。

她当时用的email和这次的不一样，会是这个问题吗？

该怎么办呢？

-I do not have any idea on this kind of technical problems. You may use a different email address to sign up a new account and file a new DS 160 agian and abandon/ignore current account and DS 160.
