再问8老师，有关美国公民证书问题

8老师，打扰了，我还有个问题。帖子沉下去了，你可能没看见。

Should we send a copy of US passport when submitting the completed I-130 without certificate of naturalization number? (I miss placed the certificate of citizenship, can't find it).
还有, RFE是什么意思？Request for Evidence?

如果USCIS要附加的RFE, 会拖延绿卡的申请时间吗？
