请问8先生有关美国公民证书问题

请教8先生，配偶是美国公民，但是丢失了certificate of citizenship. 在申请配偶绿卡时可以用美国护照代替吗？如果可以用美国护照代替，如何填 I-130（配偶需要填写的表格)？在I-130要填certificate of citizenship的号码。
