1）这样的一份公证可以作为结婚证明吗？

-Is there a official stamp or signature from the Civil Department of the local Government in that 结婚申请书? If no, it may not be used as the marrige certificate. But if you do not have a choice, may just provide it now. The 结婚申请书 (or marriage certificate) must have the marrige date on it which is very important to prove that you were born after your parents got married.

结婚申请书上有档案馆的公章，这份文件归在个人档案里面。上面列有申请日期，是在我出生之前。但是没有结婚日期。这样可以作为有效证据提交吗？

-Probbaly USCIS will not accept this document as the marriage certitificate.

2）如果可以作为结婚证明提交，是不是130和485的婚姻记录上就可以不写离婚又复婚的事？第一第二任配偶是同一个人，还挺容易让人confused的。

-If you have all the documents in hand, just proivde the actual marriage history (married, divorced, re-mairred) in I-130 and I-485. Then, provide the copies of the documents.

现在手上有的结婚有关文件有这份结婚申请书和复婚后的结婚证公证，是否可以先在130和485里列出结婚、离婚、复婚的历史并提交这两份文件，收到补料要求后再提交补料？

 

还是应该找国内亲友找到第一次作废的结婚证、离婚证发一个影印件过来在美国做公证？可以拿着非原始材料的影印件到银行做公证吗？

-Yes, that is the better choice. After you receive these documents, ask your friend who knows both English and Chinese well to translate them into English following USCIS translation requirements and format. Then, provide the copies of these documents and the translation versions for your father. Your friend had better go to the bank to certify his/her signature in the translation versions. You do not need the bank to certify the copies of these documents (第一次作废的结婚证、离婚证)

Your mother does not need these documents.
