如何证明和大陆亲弟弟的关系如果没出生证明

我是美国公民，. 准备为弟弟申请移民，填I-130 时，online，

要不要attach 我和弟弟的关系. 按照I-130 的instruction 

要提供我们俩的出生证明. 我们都以前都没有的，如何证明.
