我的I140 approval了，我先生原来是用H4 签证入境美国，我们现在这种状况，到提交480之前，他应该申请什么签证入境美国？

-If your status is still H-1, he can apply for H-4 visa to enter US and file I-485 together with you when your I-140 priority date is current.
