中国户口，旅行证被剪角作废。三周后妈妈返回美国，孩子因疫情留中国至今。如果孩子爸爸或爷爷奶奶一人（都持美国护照）去中国接孩子回美国，（妈妈身体状况不允许旅行），出中国海关需要什么手续？（孩子持有美国护照，但去中国旅程时未用）。

-Who cut the 旅行证 to make it void? Normally your kid can use the 旅行证 and the US passport to travel back to US. But becuase the 旅行证 is void, I don't know whether your kid still can use it to get out of China. You may ask the local 市或县公安部门 to see what they suggest.

1）爸爸或爷爷奶奶，除本人护照签证外，需要什么文件？

-If the father accompanies the kid to travel back to US, he just needs the kid's birth certificate. If the grandparent accompanies the kid to travel, then both parents need to write a statement/letter addressing that they agree the grandparent to accompany their child to US.

2）孩子，除美国护照外（入中国时未出示），需要什么文件？

-Normally the child needs to show both 旅行证 and US passport to get out of China and his/her US passport to enter US. But I don't know whether this void 旅行证 still work for it. That is why I suggest you to consult the local 市或县公安部门 who deal with the departure out of China.
