1. 是让她去办旅游签证比较容易还是给他办亲属移民比较容易?

-Try B2 visa first. If she cannot get B2 visa, then file I-130 for immigrant visa in China.

2. 如果帮她申请绿卡现在需要多久时间?

-One to two years, case by case.
