1. 侄女一定需要回国面试才能拿到绿卡吗？

-Not have to.

若不回国，如何操作?

-After her father enters US using the immigrant visa, then she can file I-485 within US to get the  green card.

2. 侄女若回国面试， 要拿到绿卡， 是不是一定要和她父亲一起来美国才能拿到绿卡？

-Yes. She must enter US together with her father or after her father enters US.

侄女的绿卡申请是付在她父亲我哥哥上的。
