父母因为疫情和身体健康状况滞留国内超过了一年，刚去参加了第一次资格审核面谈 （带了解释信及医生证明），被拒说是不符合SB-1签证的要求，也没解释不符合的原因，就是没让继续申请和第二次面谈。请问8老师这种情况下，是否仍然可以去尝试一下直接拿绿卡入境？

-I don't suggest them to do that because they may not handle the pressure well at the port of entry if the IO give them trouble. They had better just abandon the green card, then you can sponsor their immigrant visa (green card) to enter US.
