本人大学毕业 opt中，母亲之前帮忙申请亲属移民，本来准备在美国这转身份，但最近收到NVC来信，case和invoice号都有，网上有说不用管的，也有说要找律师把材料转回移民局的，我该怎么办呢？必须要回国吗

-You can stay in US to file I-485 and then, just reply to NVC that you will file I-485 application for adjustment of status within US and ask them to stop processing your case in NVC. If your mother is a US citizen and you are less than 21 years old and single,  thenn you can file I-485 any time. If not, then you need to wait for the priority date is current to file I-485. By the way, you need to keep your valid non-immigrant status such as F1, H1, until you file I-485.
