如果回国之前没有等到打指纹通知，也可以去约infopass去打那个sticker吗？

-You may call USCIS to allow you to make the appointment to get the green card stamp on your passport at the USCIS local Office. The stamp is valid for one year. The problem is that if you leave before the fingerprinting, then you may have trouble to come back to conduct the fingerprinting after your green card expires.
