我爸爸给我哥哥申请了绿卡，现在准备864。爸爸没有收入，我去年收入不够担保，今年的可以。我的理解是我需要公司出我的收入证明和工资单。但是过去三年Tax returns和W2都收入不够。如果我老公担保的话收入足够。

请问谁担保比较好？还是我和老公两人都担保?  老公担保的话填864a吗？

-You file I-864 as the joint sponsor and your spouse files I-864A as your dpendent. Your father alos needs to file another I-864 as the sponsor.

他算sponsor(我爸)的子女？
