hello大家，新人，第一帖，好像大家都问8老师问题，感觉8老师很专业，也同问8老师。我是公民，第二次结婚，帮老公申请绿卡，第一次结婚和离婚都是中国，请问婚绿要求提供材料证明以前的婚姻已经结束，什么材料ok？

1）中国民政局的离婚证（中文） +  翻译件？

-Fine. Ask your friend to translate it for you following the USCIS requirements (not have to do 公证). See this link for traslation requirements:

By the way, some IO may not understand that 中国民政局的离婚证 = 法院判定的离婚证 and thus, do not accept民政局的离婚证. If so, just explain it.

 

2）去国内公证处开离婚公证，因为国内朋友已经不多，比较难弄。

请问哪一种是可以接受的？有没有官方的reference？谢谢！
