请问8老师，我父母绿卡,去年10月回国，原本计划3月回来。可是因为疫情计划取消。现在已经超过6个月。请问，他们什么时候必须回来？

-They must return to US before their stay in China reaches one year (Oct. 2020).

需要申请什么手续吗？-No.

他们人在中国，只能在中国申请吧？谢谢！
