请教8老师：我是美国公民。父母曾经在2010年获得过绿卡，但因健康原因多年未曾来美，本身还未过期，但觉得绿卡已经失效。

现在因为疫情，中美断航，世界局势很不稳定，又鉴于父母年纪大了，我想把他们接来美国照顾。我可以出具所有的开支和经济担保证明。

请问目前情况下，他们还有重新获得签证近期来美国的可能吗？

-Yes. But they need to abandon the green card first, and then apply for B2 visa to enter US. Then, you can sponsor their green card again as you did before. But be careful and don't let the visa officer thinks they have immigrant inetent when they apply for B2 visa.
