请教8老师，我父母申请移民，我母亲两次FBI背景调查时打指纹都失败了，由于指纹不清楚。-USCIS may ask your mom to provide the non-criminal record (i.e. police clearance certificate) from both China and US later due to fingerprinting failure.
我想请问两个问题：
1）我母亲原来有10年多次往返的B2签证，万一485申请不成功，她还能用B2签证来美国看我妈？-Probably it may have a problem to use B2 visa again due to immigrant intent.
2）我父亲是主申请，我妈妈是副申请，有可能主申请批准了，副申请被拒了的可能吗？还是要拒一起拒？-If their green card applicaitons were sponsored by you, these two cases are irrelevant to each other, i.e. they are not 主申请 and 副申请, so not affect each other.
