请问公民的父母可否签证逾期滞留在美国？

我的公民还没拿到，如果在公民拿到前的一段时间已经超过了过海关时给的期限，可以吗？会影响接下来的绿卡申请吗？

-It will not affect their green card application and approval after you become a US citizen to sponsor them, but they cannot travel out of US before they get the green card.
