以前有过批准的EB2 140，现在EB3排期到了，就同时file了EB3 140和485。律师的cover letter详细的提醒了移民局485基于一起申请的EB3，而EB3应该用EB2的优先日期。
收到的485收据上，preference classification是EB2，priority date也是EB2的。皮匠老师的faq里说空白的话没有关系，但是我的485收据上写的EB2，而EB2不当前，会不会被据啊？
-The EB3 I-140 priority date should be the same as the priority date of EB2 I-140 (i.e. priority date portability), but your I-485 should be EB3 category because your EB2 priority date was not current yet when you filed I-485 . It seems USCIS mixed it up. You need to ask USCIS to fix it after the EB3 I-130 is approved. Talk to your lawyer.
