You need to inform USCIS to update your address, so USCIS probably will set up your oath in the USCIS Office near your new address. File AR-11 online for your resident address change and also for your cass, and then follow up by calling a few days later to make sure your address is updated in your case.

You also had better contact USCIS and ask them whether they can set up the oath ceremony near your new address.
