毕业两个月了，马上必须使用OPT, 但没找到工作， 请问

是否使用OPT 的条件是必须有工作才行，不管 FULL TIME, CONTRANCT, PART TIME?
-Right, full-time, part-time, contract, or job without pay (volunteer) is all OK as long as the job is related to your major. You need to get the job within 3 months.

没工作可以用OPT 合法待在美国吗？
-If you need do not find a job within 3 months, you are out of status.
