感谢您的专业回复！她的485是2015年11月交的，晚于2015年6月.  我看坛友称呼您8老师，我也随着来.

再请教您一下：如果485没问题，那她之前积累的195天会导致3 yr bar吗？

-No. Because she used a new H-4 visa to reenter US and then, filed I-485, all of this kind of record were removed. It seems the IO who dealt with her I-485 is very inexperienced (probably just graduated from a high school). This IO should have not  asked your spouse to provide the evidence of  her legal stay before her lastest entry.

还是说那195天由于H1Bpetition，不算unlawful presence？-Right.
