请教8老师或者知情人士，怎样邀请亲戚（非直属）相对快速来美国

想邀请国内非直属亲戚（姐夫）来美国住一段时间养病（肺癌，需要新鲜空气），但自己经济情况不佳。听说可以让国内亲戚自己担保。不过姐夫不太懂得如何操作，一切大概都只有靠我（除了钱以外）。请问如果我邀请他来旅游，但让他自己担保，这样的情况，需要填写那个表格？
