-Yes, but if you have got the I-20 from a school, you had better apply for the F-1 visa to enter US.

-File I-530. Talk to the school and they will help you. By the way, B-2 to F-1 normally may take more than 6 months to be approved. So, it is better to use F-1 visa to enter US.
