再 请教一个 resumbit （I-130 和 I-485) filing address 的 问题。

 第一次递交时， 我用了下面两个地址中的第二个：

USCIS Chicago Lockbox

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries:

USCIS
PO Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: FBAS
131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

 

现在我要 resumbit， 我还我应该还可以用131 South Dearborn -3rd Floor 地址。因为我想用快递。

但是 I-1797C 说 “please resubmit the application/pettion package with the appropriate fees to the address listed on the bottom of this page".  在 "bottem of this page" 只列了上述地址里的第一个。 而 这第一个地址似乎是不适合"Express mail and courier deliveries".

这是不是意味着， 我只能用 regular USPS mail 邮寄到 PO Box 805887 的地址。 不能用快件邮寄了？
