我是加拿大公民目前在香港。我于2011年9月份获得美国绿卡之后完成与妻子离婚。2011年12月到香港。在离开美国前申请了2年的回美证（到2013年12月过期）。到了香港后又再婚，2013年9月开始， 因为妻子年过40，岳父岳母都催着我们要孩子，我和妻子忙着做试管婴儿，根本不可能回到美国。现在孩子1岁了，我想回美国。

但是回美证过期2年多了。我打算申请SB-1， 但是听说拒签率很高。

-Your green card is void, and I don't think you can get the SB-1 visa.

   1。这儿又没有在SB-1方面有经验的朋友和律师可以帮忙？
   2。以妻子和我年龄都大，忙于做试管婴儿未能回美申请SB-1是否有较大的成功希望？

-This is not the uncontrolled reason to prevent you from return to US on time. You should have returned to US to renew the reentry permit before that old one expired (you only needed to return to US for about one month to file the renewal application).

如果SB-1被拒，还有什么办法可以尽快返回美国？ 谢谢！

我以前是雇主代为申请的EB-2，目前在美国没有雇主，即便再找一个雇主，也不可能在境外申请EB-2。我和前妻的女儿在美国上大学，但不是美国公民，最快也要今年9月才能申请美国公民。

-If your child is > 21 and become a US citizen and also has enough income, then she can sponsor your green card.
