代问一下在美国，OPT马上过期，现在还没找到工作。学位也没拿到。请问申请什么样的签证来维持身份最好？

-You have to have a legal status to stay in US for 12 years. Otherwise, you need to leave US and wait for the priority date to be current outside US.

Siblings移民需要多久才能办成？

-12 years or more.
