我之前以J1 scholar来美，J1 waiver 后转为F1读博, 现在是OPT的博后身份在政府的研究机构工作，11月OPT即将过期。现在研究中心可以SPONSOR我J1继续现在的项目研究。我在境内转还是回国转J1好？我之前的J1经历会影响新的J1申请吗？

-Yes. Because you have got J-1 waiver, nomrally you are not qualified for getting J-1 status again. You may seek H-1 status. If the employer does not sponsor your H-1, then you may seek O-1 status to work if your professional qualification is good.
