请问各位大师：

 我去年十一月份开始给在国内的父母申请美国绿卡。已经交了AOS费用和DS-261表格， 也通过邮件递交了所有 support documents。 今年六月份收到NVC通知说case转到了广州使馆。 但是目前为止在网上无法递交 IVfee 和 DS-260表格。从六月到现在两个月来没有任何进展。
